Each item is made by hand per your specific request.
ALL ORDERS ARE PREPAID 100% before going into the production waiting line.
Once the order is placed it will be confirmed via email or telephone.

All of Electric Amp, USA's supply vendors are 100% prepaid.
We do not purchase our materials to build gear on credit.
We are an All American 100% credit free company.

Once your order is placed, the materials are purchased for your order item[s].
We can not supply a refund for your order once it is paid & confirmed.

In the event during the wait time for gear you require changes
to your custom build there could be additional charges.

We cannot build equipment to accommodate:
Tour Schedules
Recording Sessions
Just "can't wait any longer" reasons
or any other deadlines.

Due to our overwhelming demand Electric Amp, USA customers are subject
to extended wait times.  We have had extended wait times since 2006 to Current 2022.
Wait times for amplifiers have been 2+ to 5+ years for delivery.
